Independently develop customers and set up their own sales team.


Responsible for the development of the work of their own sales team members, as well as the guidance and business negotiation of new salespersons.


Regularly organize sales training and improve the enthusiasm and collaboration of the team.


Develop sales plans, expand sales channels and manage new customers.


Guide and supervise the execution process of sales staff to ensure the implementation and achievement of sales targets.

Key Qualifications & Additional Requirements

Requirements

3 years of international market development experience in electronic related products.


3 years of sales team management experience.


Having market resources in power supply, communications, lighting, new energy, home appliances and other fields are preferred.


Having experience in electrical and electronic circuit design are preferred.


Excellent foreign language listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, such as English, Japanese, German, French, etc.

Major

Bachelor's degree or above
