Use IE and lean optimization to integrate the production system, tooling fixtures, and auxiliary fixture design to improve work, ensure production stability, cost, and efficiency, and reduce labor load.

Carry out the company's various management systems, build department system procedures, internal control management, 7S and other tasks, and improve department operation efficiency.

Bachelor degree or above, major in mechatronics, engineering materials, mechanical design, etc.

More than 8 years of work experience, more than 5 years of experience in the same position.

Familiar use: APQP, FMEA, CP, SPC and other tools, 5WHY/8D/QC seven tools and other analysis methods, IE tools: line balance, movement economic analysis, Layout, IE, lean production, JIT, SMED, etc.

Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, proficient in office software, CAD drawing.
